'Royal Raindrops' has beautiful cut-leaf foliage and abundant pinkish red spring flowers.  New leaves are wine red in color and mature to green with burgundy overtones and eventually turn orange-red in fall.  Fruit produced is 1/4" and dark red in color.  Excellent disease resistance.
